Access the USB in Microzed Board

Hello,
I'm using Microzed evaluation kit for my development of interface card. Burnt Pulsar Linux OS given as per instruction.
Problem: I'm not able to get the device address of USB (which is just below the Ethernet) .

Doing ls /dev/ttyUSB* or ACM* is not helping me much.
do I have to install any thing?
