help me with usb hub problem

In my board there is a usb hub device connected to the zynq PS usb controller, just like the mini-itx board.
The issue confused meis that when running the linux kernel(3.14), it can not find the usb hub device, just prinf words like this:

hub 1-0:1.0: USB hub found
hub 1-0:1.0: 1 port detected

when i input "lsusb" i can see "Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub ",but there should be usb hub device uunder root hub.

who can help me?

Just to be clear, are you

Just to be clear, are you using a Mini-ITX board or some other Zynq based board?

If it is a Mini-ITX board which version are you using?

thanks for your apply.

thanks for your apply.
I used a zynq based board.
now the problem is
"usb 1-1: new high-speed USB device number 2 using
zynq-ehci
usb 1-1: device not accepting address 2, error -71".
is it caused by the hardware?
