In particular:
What version of tools are you using?
What hardware are you using?
Are you using any reference design?

What are you seeing as the issue?

iam interfacing an uart lite to the zynq processor which is zc702,and i aim using xilkinx vivado 2014.2 for implementing the hard ware and sdk for software application.

If so, please try to keep everything consolidated to a single thread so that others can locate this information more easily.

Since you are using ZedBoard have you tried the Digilent Out-of-box Linux image which is installed on the SD card which ships with ZedBoard?

That image has a known good implementation of an HDMI test pattern output and if would help eliminate connection issues related to the type of HDMI panel being used. I have seen incompatibly with some monitors due to the drivers involved and so it would be good if you can eliminate that as a possible source of trouble for you.
